They purchase their equipment through purse money or day jobs. Privateer racers freely roam the racing circuits reaping the precious metals and prize money before the organized teams can explain the loss to their sponsors. Privateers are free to choose the best equipment. They race and ride what works, not what the sponsors dictate in hopes of selling to the masses.

It must be sized to your body and have steering and seat tube geometry matched to your riding style. We meticulously assemble and create a true machine from your choice of components. This time you will get it right, your dream bike, not another cookie cutter frame with the same old parts group package.

Privateer builds frames one at a time, from the highest quality titanium, steel and aluminum tube sets available. Every tube joint is precision machined for a perfect no gap fit and are held in heavy duty weld fixtures to maintain frame straightness and geometry during the welding process. We use state of the art tig welding equipment and keep abreast of the latest in welding metallurgy as active members of the American Welding Society. We also have a full machine shop to support the frame building process.
